1.2 Refund Process for Eligible Digital Products: If you request a refund within the 10 business-day period, we will process your request within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

2. Physical Products (if applicable)

2.1 Refund Eligibility: If physical products are included with your purchase (e.g., printed materials), they can be refunded within 14 days of receipt.

2.2 Return Shipping Costs: For incorrect or defective physical items, we will cover return shipping costs. If you return physical items for any other reason, you will be responsible for the return shipping fees.

2.3 Refund Process: Refunds for returned physical products will be processed within 5 business days after we receive the returned item in its original condition.

3. Subscription Services (if applicable)

3.1 Refund Eligibility: Subscription services related to our digital courses are eligible for a refund within 7 days from the initial purchase. This refund policy applies only to the initial subscription period and does not apply to subsequent billing cycles.

3.2 Cancellation Policy: You can cancel your subscription at any time. However, cancellations made after the 7-day refund period will apply to the next billing cycle. Subscriptions will continue until the end of the current cycle, and no partial refunds will be issued for mid-cycle cancellations.

3.3 Automatic Renewals: To avoid future charges, please cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the next billing cycle begins. Cancellations made after this time will be effective for the following cycle.

4. Refund Method

4.1 Original Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

4.2 Alternative Refund Methods: If a refund to the original payment method is not possible (e.g., expired credit cards), we will arrange an alternative refund method, which will be communicated to you.

5. Return of Damaged or Defective Physical Items

5.1 For any physical products that arrive damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of receipt to arrange for a return and a full refund, including shipping costs.
